The version number for Secure Hub metadata in the App Store (10.8.5.1) is different from the actual version number (10.8.5.5)
XMS app
The VPP app policy for customers that have Secure Hub as a Required App, will have version 10.8.5.5 installed on their devices.
But the inconsistency in Secure Hub version on the device, and Secure Hub version in the App Store metadata will cause the VPP app policy to be pushed out repeatedly.

XenMobile team will release a new version of Secure Hub (10.8.6) that will correct the metadata on the App Store to the actual app version (10.8.6)
