These release notes describe enhancements and fixed and known issues for XenMobile Server 10.14 Rolling Patch 7.
What’s New
OS updates
- Support for iOS 16.XenMobile Server and Citrix Mobile productivity apps are compatible with iOS 16, but don’t currently support any new iOS 16 features.
- Support for Android 13. XenMobile Server now supports Android Enterprise device updates to Android 13. For a summary of security and privacy benefits, see theAndroid documentation.
Deprecated features.Support for the following features has now been removed:
- RBAC role - shared and COSU devices enroller [CXM-104826]
- Android - Sony and HTC [CXM-104827]
- High Security enrollment mode [CXM-104828]
- Derived credentials [CXM-104829]
- SEAMS [CXM-104833]
- Windows Phone devices [CXM-104834], [CXM-104835]
- Generic, DigiCert managed, and Entrust adapter PKI entities. [CXM-104990]

Deprecated support for the Mobile Service Provider (MSP) interface.Support for MSP has been deprecated by adding a new server property called
deprecate.mobile.service.provider
that removes the MSP interface from the console, which is set toTrueby default. For more information, seeServer properties. Deprecated support for Nexmo SMS gateway.Support for Nexmo SMS has been deprecated by adding a server property called
deprecate.carrier.sms.gateway
, which is set toTrueby default. Nexmo SMS has also been deprecated in the Self-Help Portal. For details, seeNotifications. [CXM-104840]Deprecation of APIs by Google.Google is deprecating several APIs used for app categories and licenses in XenMobile Server. The following changes are in effect:
- You now select apps to add rather than approve. SeeManaged app store apps.

Configure a priority to automatically update Android Enterprise managed apps.Specify whether Android Enterprise managed apps update automatically with a low priority or a high priority. Fixed Issues
On some devices running Android, you’re unable to access Secure Hub when some public apps aren’t available on Google Play. [CXM-105492]
On certain macOS devices, installed profiles and certificates are automatically removed after renewal of SSL certificates. [CXM-105759]
On the XenMobile Server console, you’re unable to edit the Restrictions device policies whose name have the/symbol. [CXM-105828]
Released DEP devices still appear on the XenMobile Server console. [CXM-105905]
You’re unable to access the Secure Hub Store. You get the following error:Your sign on has expired. Please sign on again to continue.[CXM-106054]
