End of Life Announcement for the NetScaler 9800/9000 and NetScaler 9950/10000 Product Models

Information

Citrix Systems, Inc. announces the End of Life of the Citrix NetScaler 9800/9000 and Citrix NetScaler 9950/10000 product models, effective November 15, 2010. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from Citrix Technical Support and Customer Service until November 15, 2010. Support is no longer available for the specified hardware platform. Product information will be limited to the historical material available on MyCitrix.com or other online resources and is subject to removal at a future date.

The tables below explain the Citrix NetScaler life cycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and support options during this period. The dates and milestones provided are in accordance with the policies of the NetScaler operating system at the time of the software release and are in accordance with stated End of Life/End of Support policies for Citrix Systems, Inc.

      The NSC date is the date on which Citrix announces the intent to initiate the lifecycle management process for a given hardware offering. This announcement occurs a minimum of 6 months prior to the End-of-Sale (EOS) date when possible.

      During the period between the NSC and the EOS date the software will continue to be available for purchase.
