Citrix Endpoint Management AutoDiscovery Service Migration FAQ

What Changed?

• On April 15th Citrix Legacy AutoDiscovery Service Records were migrated ads.xm.cloud.com to discovery.cem.cloud.us

What will we see on first Logon?

1. Citrix积极发现服务(广告)UI→(显示no domain claimed)
   • After login will see no domains in ADS UI when they first logon.
   • No need to worry as the data exists in the backend

How do I check my records after being migrated?

• Use one of the following to check your records:
  • https://discovery.cem.cloud.us/ads/root/domain/{domain}/
  • https://discovery.cem.cloud.us/ads/root/host/{hostname}/product/cem

I need to change Citrix AutoDiscovery Service Configuration, where do I start?

• Will need to reclaim the domains in ADS UI to prove ownership
  1. Domain claim steps:https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-endpoint-management/prepare-to-enroll-devices-and-deliver-resources.html#set-up-endpoint-management-autodiscovery-service
  2. Once the domain is re-claimed, admins will be prompted to:
     • Reuse the legacy record
     • Choice to keep the existing configuration/re-configure it
     • Start fresh and create an entirely new Citrix Endpoint Management configuration.

• If the customer choosesReuse, the legacy record details will remain in the form

• If the customer choosesCreate, the form will be cleared for new configuration

• ClickSaveto confirm the changes.
